Questions owners ask first.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Your main number stays the same. We add tracking numbers for each source so the report can tell you where calls came from, and they all ring through to you.
Can I hear the calls the AI line takes?
Yes. Every call is recorded and transcribed, and you get a text summary within a minute of hang-up. You can listen to any of them from your phone.
What if a caller wants a real person?
They get one. The line transfers to whoever you’ve set as on call, or takes a callback request if nobody picks up, and texts you right away.
Who owns my Google profile and website?
You do. Profiles, ad accounts, reviews and the website stay in your name. If you leave, everything stays with you.
What does it cost to leave?
Nothing beyond the current month. Every plan is month to month. Setup fees are one-time and not refunded.
